  • Is there really no cost for the vending machines?

    Yes — 100% free. We cover the cost of the machines, installation, stocking, and servicing. The only thing you provide is the electricity.

  • What kinds of vending machines do you offer?

  • How do you choose what goes in the machines?

    We customize the product selection based on your team’s preferences. You can request popular snacks, drinks, healthier options, or even local brands. We also monitor sales to adjust over time.


  • What areas do you serve?

    We serve Philadelphia, the Main Line, Chester County, and surrounding areas in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. If you’re nearby and have 25+ employees, we likely cover your area.

  • How often are the machines restocked?

    Restocking depends on traffic and usage. For most clients, we restock once or twice a week. We monitor inventory levels remotely to ensure nothing runs out.


  • What happens if a machine breaks or malfunctions?

    Every machine is backed by our Vend Guarantee — if a product fails to drop, your employee gets a full refund. We also provide fast, local service for any issues. Most service calls are resolved within 24–48 hours.


  • Are there long-term contracts?

    Nope. We operate on a month-to-month basis. No long-term commitments, cancellation fees, or complicated agreements. We believe in earning your trust — not locking you in.


  • Can we request healthier or specialty items?

    Absolutely. We can include low-sugar, gluten-free, vegan, or energy-focused products based on your team’s needs. Just let us know during setup.


  • Do you offer coffee or water services too?

    Yes! You can easily add office coffee and water cooler services to your vending program. These are affordable add-ons that we manage and maintain for you.
